Claire is dedicated to regulatory excellence and quality resident care, and has successfully led facilities through two deficiency-free surveys —a testament to her commitment to compliance, collaboration, and positive outcomes for both residents and staff.
Her journey in healthcare began at just 16, when she started as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Motivated to expand her impact, she went on to earn her degree in Healthcare Administration from Creighton University. Today, Claire is guided by the belief that every resident deserves dignity, safety, and joy in daily life, and she works to foster an environment where staff feel empowered. Families feel confident in their loved one’s care.
