Claire is dedicated to regulatory excellence and quality resident care, and has successfully led facilities through two deficiency-free surveys —a testament to her commitment to compliance, collaboration, and positive outcomes for both residents and staff.
Her journey in healthcare began at just 16, when she started as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Motivated to expand her impact, she went on to earn her degree in Healthcare Administration from Creighton University. Today, Claire is guided by the belief that every resident deserves dignity, safety, and joy in daily life, and she works to foster an environment where staff feel empowered. Families feel confident in their loved one’s care.

Andrea brings decades of experience in long-term care, along with a renewed passion for serving residents and their families. Since returning to the field, she has focused on strengthening relationships, building optimism among staff, and creating a culture where compassionate, high-quality care is at the center of everything.
Andrea began her healthcare career 30 years ago as an uncertified aide, before advancing to CNA and ultimately earning her RN a few years later. For over 20 years, she dedicated herself to long-term care before stepping away to raise her children. Returning to nursing has given her a fresh perspective and purpose, reaffirming her dedication to advocating for elders and ensuring they experience dignity, respect, and joy.
